Delegates enjoy full access to sessions, exhibition, networking zones, and VIP lounges. To ensure authenticated participation, delegate passes are issued only after login, profile completion, and fee payment.
Steps to Obtain Your Delegate Pass

Login to Your Account
- Use your registered email to log in securely.

Upgrade Access to Delegate
- Click “Upgrade Your Access” in your dashboard.
- Select Delegate role.
- Proceed to online payment.
- Fee: â‚ą5,000 (Indian) / $100 (Foreign)
- Discounts auto-applied for early bird, FICCI members & groups (3+).
- Payment receipt & access approval will be emailed within 24 hrs.

Complete/Update Profile
- Full Name & Photograph
- Organization & Designation
- Email, Mobile, Country
- Valid Photo ID (Govt. or Organization)
Incomplete profiles will not be eligible for pass generation.

Generate Delegate Pass
- Visit the “Generate Delegate Pass” page.
- Your delegate badge will display:
- QR Code
- Category & Access Level
- Photo & Registration ID
- Download PDF or save to phone.

- Access to CEO Roundtable (by invitation)
- Networking Lounges & B2B Meeting Zones
- Delegate Kit: Badge, Lanyard, Souvenir, Wi-Fi Code

Important Notes:
- Delegate pass is non-transferable and non-refundable
- Reissue only in case of verified loss
- Pass must match government-issued ID for entry
